Congratulations on earning the Bizrate Insights Circle of Excellence Award. This recognition reflects the trust, satisfaction, and positive experiences reported by your own customers.

Award recipients may display the Bizrate Insights Circle of Excellence badge on their website and in approved marketing materials to highlight this achievement and help build shopper confidence.

You can use your award badge in areas such as:

  • Website footers
  • Navigation areas
  • Shopping cart pages
  • Checkout pages
  • Customer trust or review sections
  • Select marketing and promotional materials, following the Circle of Excellence Marketing Guidelines

The badge image links to your BizrateSurveys.com store ratings page, where shoppers can verify your award and read customer reviews.

Before you begin

You will need the following information before installing your badge:

  • Your Bizrate Insights Merchant ID, also referred to as your MID
  • Your BizrateSurveys.com Review Key
  • Your merchant name, as you want it to appear in the badge image alt text

If you do not know your Merchant ID, contact Bizrate Insights at bizrateinsights@bizrate.com.

Finding your Review Key

To find your Review Key:

  1. Go to Bizrate Surveys.
  2. Search for your merchant name.
  3. Open your merchant review page.
  4. Locate the Review Key in the review page URL.

Your review page URL follows this format:

https://bizratesurveys.com/reviews/{ReviewKey}-reviews

Copy the Review Key from the URL and use it in the badge code.

Installing your Circle of Excellence badge

Choose one of the badge sizes below. Then update the code snippet under you’re preferreed size and orientation with your merchant-specific information.

Replace the following placeholders:

  • [ReviewKey] with your BizrateSurveys.com Review Key
  • [MID] with your Bizrate Insights Merchant ID
  • [Merchant Name] with your merchant name

After replacing the placeholders, copy and paste the final code into the desired location on your website.

The badge code is dynamically generated, so once installed, it can update automatically for future Circle of Excellence wins.

Badge options

You can choose from four badge options: three vertical sizes and one horizontal. The images shown below illustrate each size; the badge displayed on your site is generated from your merchant record, so it will always reflect your current award and year.

Implementation checklist

Before publishing your badge, confirm that:

  • The badge image appears correctly on your site.
  • The badge links to your BizrateSurveys.com store ratings page.
  • Your Review Key has been entered correctly.
  • Your Merchant ID has been entered correctly.
  • Your merchant name appears correctly in the image alt text.
  • The badge placement does not interfere with checkout, cart, or navigation functionality.
  • The badge follows the Circle of Excellence Marketing Guidelines.

Media kit and high-resolution graphics

Circle of Excellence winners may also use the official marketing kit and high-resolution graphics to promote their award in approved communications.

The media kit includes:

  • High-resolution Circle of Excellence award graphics
  • Circle of Excellence Marketing Guidelines
  • Standards for correct award usage
  • Marketing tips and promotional guidance

Use the appropriate kit for your award level:

Refer to the Circle of Excellence Marketing Guidelines before using award graphics in external communications, campaigns, advertisements, or promotional materials.

Your BizrateSurveys.com store ratings page

Bizrate Insights has added the 2025 Circle of Excellence Award to eligible winners’ BizrateSurveys.com store ratings pages.

Shoppers can use your store ratings page to view your customer satisfaction ratings, read verified customer reviews, and confirm your Circle of Excellence recognition.
