One of the most effective ways to diagnose friction is to compare Point-of-Sale (POS) and Fulfillment (FF) data side by side. POS captures the experience during purchase, including product selection, pricing, and checkout. Fulfillment captures what happens after the order is placed, like shipping, delivery, and whether the product met expectations.
