The Metrics by Device report breaks down KPIs by the device used to complete the purchase: desktop, tablet, and mobile. Use it to:

Identify performance gaps across device types — lower mobile scores may point to usability issues, slow load times, or checkout friction
Detect regressions after site updates — a drop on one device after a release can signal a bug needing immediate attention
Prioritize improvements by understanding where the experience is weakest

AVAILABLE BY PLAN — DEVICE METRICS
Device-level metrics are available on Advanced (Limited) and Pro. If device performance is a priority, ask your account manager about the right tier.
