Here’s what you need to do to install the app and start using it:
4. On the app page, select Install and follow the set-up directions from there.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Merchant ID if you’re an existing user, or to request a new one if you’re using Bizrate Insights for the first time. You’ll also need to select whether you want to enable Online Buyer Feedback, Site Abandonment, or both.
Enter your MID and choose the solutions you want to add.
Choosing both means you’ll capture a complete 360-degree view of all customer engagement, but feel free to contact our customer support team if you need help making a decision.
Once you’ve made your selections, you can access all your Shopify customers’ insights through your Bizrate Insights account.
