To be considered for a Circle of Excellence award, a retailer must have higher-than-average scores across the following eight satisfaction indicator categories:

The above metrics cover essential shopping touchpoints and are entirely based on verified customer feedback. All ratings come directly from real customers — we simply calculate the data. This is why we say retailers earn the award. The achievement is down to their hard work.
