Is your standard package really free?

Yes. We offer an incentive on our survey invitations to drive higher conversion rates. This keeps your response rate high and helps mitigate polarized responses because it appeals to a broad customer base. Plus, customers like being offered an incentive for completing a survey. We strive to keep the incentive as a “thank you,” and customers can always opt out of the offering if they wish.

Are product trials available?

What if I already use another review provider?

We are happy to offer a free 30-day trial so you can see the difference. We will assign you a dedicated Client Experience Manager who can jump on the phone with you. Do the products require software engineering skills to implement?

Does it require a lot of time to manage a full survey solution?

No, it doesn’t. Bizrate Insights is a fully managed service, so we handle the hard stuff for you. The survey is fully templated, meaning you don’t need to write your own survey questions. Plus, if you want to add custom questions specific to your business, our Client Experience Managers can help you craft them to get the most actionable results.

Reviews & Setup

When will my ratings and reviews appear on Google?

There are 2 criteria that must be met:

We require a minimum of 10 fulfillment surveys in the last 90 days to activate the internal Bizrate Insights seller ratings page, which establishes the review feed to Google.
Once this feed is established, Google requires a minimum of 100 customer reviews with an overall satisfaction score and a comment to display a merchant’s seller rating and reviews.

How long does it take to get started?

Getting started is easy — you just need to register your site here and send along logos that meet our criteria. Once you’ve registered, we’ll create your survey code, and from there, all you’ll need to do is copy and paste the code on to your order confirmation page or enable the Bizrate Insights tag in your tag manager.

You may need an engineer if you are passing in data, but the code can quickly be updated to include this feature.
