Installing the Bizrate Insights Shopify App

Here’s what you need to do to install the app and start using it:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in to your Shopify account
  2. Visit the Shopify App Store.
  3. Type Bizrate Insights Reviews into the search bar and select it from the drop-down menu.

       4. On the app page, select Install and follow the set-up directions from there. 

You’ll be prompted to enter your Merchant ID if you’re an existing user, or to request a new one if you’re using Bizrate Insights for the first time. You’ll also need to select whether you want to enable Online Buyer Feedback, Site Abandonment, or both.

Which options should I select?

  • The Online Buyer Survey is our flagship voice-of-customer solution. It lets you collect feedback at every point in the customer journey.
  • Our Site Abandonment solution is an add-on that helps you find out why shoppers abandon your website so you can take action to bring them back.

Choosing both means you’ll capture a complete 360-degree view of all customer engagement, but feel free to contact our customer support team if you need help making a decision.

Once you’ve made your selections, you can access all your Shopify customers’ insights through your Bizrate Insights account.
