Shoppers will spend more on products to qualify for free shipping (part 4 of 5)
Customers say they want free shipping, but they’re actually willing to pay for it in nontraditional ways. While most customers don’t want to pay the cost of postage, they are willing to purchase a larger cart in order to qualify for free shipping.
Nearly half of respondents (49%) are willing to spend at least $50 in order to meet the free shipping threshold.
