Get Certified! – The Customer Certified Medal
Becoming Bizrate Customer Certified is one of the most important things a company can do to demonstrate the quality of service customers can expect to receive. Bizrate Customer Certification is unique because it isn’t awarded or granted by Bizrate, but rather by your customers based on their feedback. The Bizrate Customer Certified Medal broadcasts this Certification to visitors to your site.
This Medal bolsters potential customers’ confidence through the easy-to-read customer certification display, a mouse-over that includes your scores and the Bizrate Smiley Scale (updated daily) and a direct link to your detailed ratings and reviews on Bizrate.com, which will also show this Certification. More than just an image on your site, this Medal allows your customers to shop with even greater confidence by quickly viewing your ratings without leaving your site.

Getting started on the road to Certification is easy – your site is automatically considered once you start offering the Bizrate Insights Survey! You can download and post the Bizrate Insights Survey and Bizrate Customer Certified Medal codes at the same time – you do not have to already be Bizrate Customer Certified to do so. When your store is not Bizrate Customer Certified, then the Medal dynamically updates to message that your store is either a Bizrate “Registered Store” (having no current ratings for the last 90 days) or a “Participating Store” (building ratings toward Customer Certification).
