Bizrate Insights 2017 Circle of Excellence Award Winners Announced!

Today we announced the winners of our 18th annual Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award®. The award recognizes retailers in our Bizrate Insights Network that received outstanding online customer satisfaction scores throughout a one-year period, as rated by millions of verified online buyers.

Customer feedback for the 2017 Award was collected January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017. Of the factors that are considered to determine winners, satisfaction scores for the award year must be statistically significantly higher than the program average for all eight key indicators.

The satisfaction indicators considered for the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award are:

Point-of-Sale Metrics:
• Overall Satisfaction
• Product Selection
• Check-out
• Ease of Finding

Post-Order-Fulfillment Metrics:
• Repurchase Intent
• Product Met Expectations
• Customer Support and Satisfaction
• On-Time Delivery

Among the award winners, our top tier received the highest distinction, the Platinum Award, which is conferred to retailers that not only achieved winner status but also earned leading scores across all eight key satisfaction indicators.

What’s New in 2017?

In 2017, we introduced the following new elements to the program:
1) ‘Overall Satisfaction with Checkout’ has been added to the Circle of Excellence metric set due to its high correlation to all Key Performance Indicators.

2) Platinum Winner scores have been adjusted to reflect the overall network performance as more retailers are satisfying their customers.

3) Launch of New to Network Honoree Status – the New to Network Status has been added to recognize retailers who joined the Bizrate Insights Network in 2017 and have made the commitment to optimize their customer experience strategy.
