The back-to-school market is showing strong signs of growth.

Most shoppers (44%) spent about as much on back-to-school items in 2019 as they did in 2018.
However, there are strong signs of growth: only 15% of people spent less than they did last year, compared to 28% who spent more in 2019.
What’s behind this increase? As we discovered, online and mobile sales are growing – and many shoppers are having trouble sticking to budgets.
