Our standard Bizrate survey code is programmed to automatically revert to a DHTML layer (inline image) if a pop-up blocker is present. We can change the invitation to always display as a DHTML layer as the change occurs solely on our end, but we find that this typically reduce response rates so it change may negatively impact your ratings.

This process has lost all our survey results and eventhough greatbabyproducts.com had many surveys will high ratings and excellent feedback we no longer see those results posted on the bizrate site. We are currently working on getting greatbabyproducts.com listed again as we are still receiving excellent ratings from bizrate surveys. Thnak you for doing a wonderful job!</description>
