We are proud to unveil a new Bizrate Insights feature that that allows customers to share their online shopping experiences with their Facebook friends.
Following the submission of a Bizrate Buyers’ Survey, both Point-of-Sale and Order Fulfillment, customers can “share” their experience with friends via their Facebook wall. The post includes a link to the retailer’s report card page on Bizrate.com, and may include an image, such as the merchant’s logo, Circle of Excellence medal, or current rating smiley face. Customers also have the option to include a short comment with their posting. So far, we have seen some great retailer endorsements.

So what does this mean for retailers? Let’s take a look!
- Enhanced Credibility– The experiences of real customer transactions will help build consumer confidence for retailers.
- Word Of Mouth Marketing– Customers will evangelize and advertise their favorite stores to their Facebook friends.
- Brand Awareness-Retailers’ brands will be broadcasted in front of customers’ Facebook friends.

Search for “Bizrate” in the Facebook search bar located at the top of the page and select “See more results for Bizrate” page from the drop-down:
Once on the “All Results” page select “Posts by Everyone” located in the left navigation:
It is important to note that due to customers’ Facebook privacy settings, you will only be able to see posts from users with public profiles or who are your “friends”.
