We are proud to announce the addition of a brand new feature to our Subscription Management Center — the ability to manage the recipients and frequency of the Comment Classifier File! Not only can you now subscribe to the Comment Classifier File for daily and weekly delivery, but you can also edit your existing recipient lists in a few short steps that we have explained below.
Let’s get started!
Step 1: Log in to our Business Services website at merchant.shopzilla.com.
Step 2: Click on the “Customer Feedback & Ratings” tab located in the top navigation.
Step 3: Click on the “Subscription Management Center” link located in top navigation or in the center of the page.
Step 4: Select the Comment Classifier File that you would like to update, daily or weekly, by clicking the “Subscribe” link. Please note that this link with say “Edit” if you already have an existing subscription and that you should click on “Edit” in this instance.
Step 5: Add/delete names from the contact (aka recipient) list. You add names by typing in a name and corresponding email address to each row. You delete names by checking the box in front of the name and then clicking “Clear Contact”. Once you have completed the contact list adjustments, you must select “Save” to set the changes in our database.
Step 6: View a summary of your contact list to confirm your changes are correct.
Note: Our system takes up to 15 email address per subscription. Clients with greater distribution lists often set up group email alias addresses to broaden distribution. See your email administrator to find out how to set up a group email alias at your company.
