If you decide to purchase a custom report, then you can dream up what you need to meet your specific business objectives, and then hand the creation process over to us. Custom reports can include data from our standard survey questions, from custom questions, or from a combination of the two. You also have the option to include standard or custom benchmarks in the reports, as well as trending. Depending on your needs, custom reports can contain either aggregate data or respondent level data. They can be delivered in Excel, PDF or PowerPoint, and you determine the timing – monthly, weekly, daily, specific time periods, etc. Custom reports are a great option for those with specific internal timelines and formatting needs.
Report examples
Here are some common examples to spark ideas.
- Analyze custom question data by segments. Look at your data by demographics such as gender or age, or by a specific variable that you pass through, such as a marketing campaign code. Below is an example of an Excel file with custom questions broken out by gender.
- Create a custom report with a pre/post analysis on site changes, such as updates to search functionality, product pages, or account creation. The example below is from a pre/post analysis on changes to onsite search.
- Test out new design ideas. Create custom questions with image or video examples, and report on what your customers are saying in order to help guide development. The below example is testing which image customers respond to best, in order to help inform a site change.
- Perform your own filtering and cross tabulation analysis by purchasing a respondent level data file with all of your standard and/or custom questions.
These are some great examples, but you don’t need to limit yourself to the above reports – if you have other ideas then please contact us!
