So what exactly is VitalMail? VitalMail is a daily snapshot of your organization’s performance. The day following any completed Point-of-Sale surveys, you will receive a VitalMail email containing your aggregated scores for Bizrate’s standard Point-of-Sale and Fulfillment questions. Not only will you be able to see scores for the past day, but VitalMail also provides rolling scores for the past week and two-week time periods for comparison. In addition to scores, you will also get a random sample of five Point-of-Sale and five Fulfillment comments to review.
The VitalMail email is available to anyone in your company. Distribution lists can be managed within our Subscription Management Center. If you would like to learn more, you can also log-in to our Business Services site and click on the Subscription Management Center link located within the Customer Feedback & Ratings tab.

I can’t figure out where to add email addresses for recipients of VitalMail. Where is it?

Thank you for contacting us regarding your VitalMail contacts. Changes to your VitalMail contacts can be made by logging into the merchant site at http://merchant.shopzilla.com and going to the “Customer Feedback & Ratings” tab. Once there click on the “Subscription Management Center” then on the VitalMail “Edit” or “Subscribe” link. On the following page update the contact information as you wish and “save’ your changes.
